Lower Valley Regional Library
Perspectiva was selected by the City of El Paso to design and supervise the construction of a second Regional Library.
The Library will be designed for today's area resident’s necessities; including a coffee and friends store shop, an independent meeting room for neighborhood use with capacity for 100 seats. This building will be constructed of an “Exterior Insulated Panels” made out of concrete and Styrofoam with an R Value of 30. The Library will also be equipped with a computer room, child reading area, quiet room, courtyard, study-rooms for area students as well as with internet service. The Library will have a capacity to store 90,000 volumes with 75 seats and a staff of 15.
