The original 40, 000 square foot facility was an industrial facility located in a historical and established industrial area in the very heart of Downtown El Paso.
Originally an elegant turn of the century facility with exposed brick exterior, this facility will be converted into a flexible cutting edge professional office facility. The brickwork will be repainted and redone.
