Perspectiva's creative, affordable designs meet the most demanding customer requirements for high-performance buildings, including those aimed at achieving Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDŽ) green building certification. We take great pride in the quality of design for each project because it means providing a facility that exceeds the needs and expectations of our clients in all respects including cost, aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and maintenance.
We also design sustainable, high-performance buildings to meet the growing private sector need for mixed-use facilities. Examples of this are the Empire Building in downtown El Paso, Rialta Mesa Town Center in Santa Teresa, NM, the GECU operations center, branch banks for El Paso Employees Credit Union, Amigos por Vida Charter School, and the Tejano Center Technology Building and High School expansion.
Perspectiva supports project development from inception through construction and beyond. These services include space programming, code analysis, master planning, budget development, environmental services coordination, interior design, on site representation during construction, post construction warranty reviews, LEEDŽ certification, and computer modeling and animations.
