Our quest for continuous improvement is clearly illustrated by our commitment to the personal and professional growth of our people. The firm provides continuing education opportunities by encouraging personal development and sending staff to professional and technical development seminars, certification courses, and professional conventions. We regularly invite and encourage product and material representatives and specialty consultants to provide in house seminars and programs in our offices.
We promote and sponsor participation of our staff in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architect, the Texas Society of Architects, Council of Educational Facility Planners International and U.S. Green Building Council. Our staff may arrange flexible schedules and leaves of absence to allow them to participate in college credit courses and special projects to accommodate their education and professional advancement.
